“You,” “Customer,” “Client” refers to the person or entity purchasing or using our services.
“Service” refers to all Starlink Uganda installation, sales, support, and related services provided by us.
“Starlink” refers to the satellite internet service operated by Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX).
We provide the following services:
Starlink satellite dish and equipment installation.
Starlink network setup and configuration.
System optimization and maintenance.
Sales of Starlink kits and accessories.
Customer support and consultation.
We do not provide Starlink internet subscriptions or account management on behalf of SpaceX.
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding your location, building structure, and requirements.
Ensure safe and clear access for our installation team on your property.
Maintain and secure the installed equipment unless maintenance is requested from us.
Pay all agreed service fees and costs on time.
Service fees will be communicated clearly before service delivery.
All payments must be made in the agreed currency (UGX or USD) via approved payment methods.
Failure to settle payments may result in delayed or canceled services.
Our team will install the Starlink system to optimize signal reception based on the environment and structure.
Any structural modifications (e.g., drilling) will be done only with the client's consent.
Starlink Uganda Installers is not liable for unforeseen obstacles that impact installation quality, such as extreme weather or physical obstructions beyond our control.
We provide a 30-day installation workmanship warranty covering installation errors.
Equipment warranties are subject to Starlink (SpaceX) manufacturer policies.
We are not responsible for:
Internet service quality or outages, as this is controlled by Starlink (SpaceX).
Damage caused by third parties, weather events, misuse, or tampering after installation.
Installation cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Once Starlink equipment is unboxed or installed, refunds are not available unless covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
In the event of a failed installation due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be considered.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Starlink Uganda Installers and protected by applicable copyright laws.
